Cadence Partners With Google to Connect Its AI Tools With Gemini

Cadence is partnering with Google to connect its artificial intelligence tools with search giant's Gemini AI model and cloud services.

Cadence, which develops software and hardware systems for designing semiconductors and other computing tools, will draw on Gemini and Google Cloud's computing infrastructure to power its ChipStack AI Super Agent, the company said Wednesday.

ChipStack automates design processes by drawing on AI models' abilities to execute tasks. Companies have been racing to develop more capable AI agents, which not only chat with users but can also carry out various tasks autonomously.
