Regions Financial Corporation reported net charge offs for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. For the quarter, the company reported Net charge-offs were $130 million as compared to $123 million a year ago, or an annualized 54 basis points of average loans, representing a 5 basis point increase compared to the fourth quarter of 2025.
