Four Corners Property Trust Acquires Belle Tire Property for $2.4 million

Four Corners Property Trust, a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties, acquired a Belle Tire property for $2.4 million. Belle Tire is a regional tire retailer and auto service provider with over 180 locations across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois. The property is located in a strong retail corridor in Ohio and is corporate-operated under a long-term, triple net lease with approximately five years of term remaining.

The transaction was priced at a 7.2% cap rate on rent as of the closing date and exclusive of transaction costs.
