CAVA Group, Inc. will be introducing Glazed Salmon, its first seafood offering, to its menu on Monday, April 20, bringing a bold, feel-good protein grounded in a defining Mediterranean tradition, where seafood isn?t just a staple, but a fundamental way of eating. With this launch, CAVA Group, Inc. continues to deepen its Mediterranean roots, highlighting the bold, vibrant flavors that define the cuisine. Glazed Salmon reflects that brand?s commitment to expanding its menu with ingredients that balance quality, flavor, and nourishment - delivering a new way for guests to eat well without compromise.

The result is a protein-packed option with omega-3s and essential vitamins like B12 and D, delivering both flavor and nourishment in every bite. CAVA Group, Inc.?s new protein is a delicious fillet of salmon marinated in a house-made pomegranate glaze and roasted until caramelized and flaky. The glaze features pomegranate molasses - a tangy-sweet cornerstone of Levantine cooking - bringing depth, brightness, and a distinct Mediterranean point of view to the dish.

The pomegranate molasses is sourced from Just Date, a female-founded company, and made with just organic pomegranate juice and organic dates, serving as a key flavor to the new protein. Designed to pair seamlessly with CAVA Group, Inc.?s lineup of bold Mediterranean ingredients, Glazed Salmon builds on the brand?s signature combinations of grains, greens, dips, and toppings, making it easy to create a balanced, flavor-forward meal. Guests can enjoy Glazed Salmon in any build-your-own bowls or as part of two new seasonal Chef Curations: Salmon + Strawberry Sesame Bowl ?

A classic pairing of salmon + tzatziki ? served over brown rice and spinach ? amped up with new tart strawberry sesame dressing.

Also featuring: roasted red pepper hummus, Persian cucumbers, feta, tomato + onion, and sumac slaw. Salmon + Yogurt Dill Bowl ? Glazed salmon served over arugula and saffron basmati rice, with a dream team of accompaniments: traditional hummus and Crazy Feta® for bold flavor; fire-roasted corn, tomato + onion, and Persian cucumber for vibrancy; and yogurt dill dressing to bring it all together.

Glazed Salmon will be available starting April 20 at CAVA Group, Inc. restaurants nationwide and can be ordered in-restaurant, online, or through the CAVA Group, Inc. app. From May 4-11, guests can also engage with a salmon-themed in-app experience celebrating Mediterranean flavors, with exclusive rewards.
