Offshore Upcycle Momentum Continues Going into 2025

Offshore EPC investment for 2024 closed at $52 billion, an 18% year-over-year increase. EPC contracting activity was driven by Latin America (47%) and Asia (16%) and Middle East (15%) regions. Total offshore EPC contract award value over the 2025-28 period is estimated at $212 billion, with spend to average $53 billion per year.
