Tecnoglass Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2025. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2025 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on July 31, 2025.
