Hannans Ltd (Hannans) requests its securities be placed in a trading halt pending announcement of a material transaction, being a joint venture for the recovery of nickel, copper, cobalt, and lithium from lithium-ion batteries.

Please keep the trading halt in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 8 September 2021 or when an announcement in relation to the transaction is made. We're not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
