Novella Insurance Agency LLC announced that it has raised $21 million in a round of funding led by new investor, Brewer Lane Management LLC, on May 14, 2026. The transaction included participation from new investors, SV Angel, Verissimo Ventures, BoxGroup Services, LLC, Crystal Venture Partners, Arch Capital Group Ltd., Avid Ventures, and Blank Ventures. The company issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction.
