Intuitive Announces Board Changes, Effective July 1, 2025

Intuitive announced on May 15, 2025, that current CEO Gary Guthart will become the executive chair of Intuitive?s board of directors, and current Board Chair Craig Barratt will become lead independent director, effective July 1, 2025. Gary Guthart will work closely with Dave Rosa to support a smooth transition and will remain with Intuitive in a senior advisory capacity.
