Notice of Amendment to Code of Conduct and Ethics
On November 23, 2024, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Roblox Corporation (the "Company") approved and adopted a revised Code of Conduct and Ethics (as revised, the "Code"), which amended, restated, and replaced the Company's prior Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Prior Code"). The Code applies to all directors, officers, employees, contractors, consultants and agents (collectively, "Roblox Personnel") of the Company. The Board reviews the Code periodically and amends it as appropriate.
The Code was revised to reflect current best practices, improve the ability of Roblox Personnel to read, understand and apply the Code to various situations, facilitate access to relevant Company policies by embedding the link directly in the Code, add additional Q&As and practical guidance, and reorder and change the formatting of certain sections, among other non-substantive and administrative changes.
The Code does not materially change the responsibilities and obligations that applied to Roblox Personnel under the Prior Code. The adoption of the Code did not relate to, or result in, any waiver, explicit or implicit, of any provision of the Prior Code.
