FAN Communications, Inc. Announces Board Changes, Effective July 20, 2025

FAN Communications, Inc. announced that at the Board of Directors meeting held on June 20, 2025, it was resolved that the following organizational and personnel changes will be made, effective July 1, 2025. The Finance Accounting Division and Legal and Administration Division will be integrated to establish a new Corporate Management Division. The Information Systems Division will be renamed the Corporate IT Division.

The Data Strategy Division will be renamed the DX Division. Personnel changes include Takashi Yoshinaga continuing as Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Department, and General Manager of Human Resource Division. Shintaro Mimura will become General Manager of Corporate Management Division, Corporate Department, from his current roles as General Manager of Finance Accounting Division and General Manager of Legal and Administration Division, Corporate Department.

General Manager, Legal and Admi nistration Division, Corporate Department to General Manager, Corporate Management Division, Corporate Department; Tatsuaki Yamanaka from General Manager, Information Systems Division, Corporate Department to General Manager, Corporate IT Division, Corporate Department; Akihiro Kumata from Manager, Support Team, Business Support Division to General Manager, Business Support Division; Kenjiro Asami from General Manager, Data Strategy Division to General Manager, DX Division.
