On October 4, 2021, Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting that its Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program which authorizes the Company to purchase up to $3,000,000 of its outstanding shares of common stock. Share repurchases may be executed through open market or in privately negotiated transactions over the course of 12 months, depending upon then current market conditions and other factors. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
