GoodRx and Weight Watchers both separately announced on Friday that they will start offering weight-loss pills.
GoodRx, which gives users access to coupons on pharmaceuticals, said it is expanding access to Novo Nordisk's Ozempic pill for eligible patients with type 2 diabetes.
The 1.5 milligram pill will be priced at $149 a month, with the 4mg pill costing $199 and 9mg costing $299, GoodRx said.
Separately, WW International, or Weight Watchers, said it will start offering the Ozempic pill through Med+, its subscription program that pairs weight-loss drugs with nutritional and behavioral support for weight loss.
The pill will be for people with type 2 diabetes and joins the injectable GLP-1s already available via Med+.
Novo Nordisk said Friday it would make the Ozempic pill available starting May 4. The Food and Drug Administration approved the pill form of the drug in February.
