GE HealthCare announces the renewal of its research partnership with Stanford Medicine, notably focused on the development of innovative whole-body PET/CT technology. This collaboration aims to explore new clinical avenues and improve patient outcomes through advanced imaging solutions.PET/CT technology enables visualization of biological processes at the cellular level. Its whole-body version could speed up examinations, reduce the doses injected, and pave the way for more accurate diagnoses, particularly in oncology, cardiology, and neurology.
