Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger owner PVH Corp. has appointed Jesper Andersen, executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Lego Group, to its board of directors. He also joins the board’s audit and risk management committee. PVH Corp. CEO Stefan Larsson said Andersen is an “excellent addition to our board of directors as we pursue our vision to build Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into two of the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world.”
LVMH
Bernard Arnault, chairman and chief executive officer of luxury house LVMH, announced a series of appointments to the group.
Maud Alvarez-Pereyre will be appointed executive vice president of human resources and become a member of the executive committee, effective Dec. 1. Cécile Cabanis, a member of the executive committee, will be appointed chief financial officer of the group, succeeding Jean-Jacques Guiony as of February 2025. Guillaume Motte, president and CEO of Sephora, will be named a member of the executive committee, effective January 2025.
Caleres
Caleres, the portfolio of consumer-driven footwear brands, announced that Nancy Bitetto has joined the company as senior vice president of New York brands, which include Franco Sarto, Vince, Veronica Beard and private brand offerings. In this role, Bitetto will focus on accelerating growth and expanding profitability within the Caleres brand portfolio. She will report directly to Jay Schmidt, president and CEO of Caleres. Bitetto brings over two decades of experience as a merchant, overseeing growth in both wholesale and retail sectors. Most recently, she led footwear and jewelry at Tory Burch.
Taos Footwear
Comfort footwear brand Taos Footwear announced that founder and president Glen Barad will assume the role of chief executive officer, Sourcing Journal’s sister publication Footwear News reported. Bill Langrell, the current chief operating officer who’s been with the company since 2005, has been promoted to president and COO. Sylvia Jensen has been promoted to vice president of domestic sales, while Mike Walker has been promoted to the role of vice president of marketing and e-commerce.
