On May 11, 2026, As You Sow, Presbyterian Life & Witness, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A), Portico Benefit Services, and Adrian Dominican Sisters, have filed an Exempt solicitation statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, urging the shareholders to vote for a shareholder proposal requesting the Company to issue a report explaining how it will meet the climate change-related commitments it has made on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, given the massively growing energy demand from artificial intelligence (AI) and data centers that Company is planning to build, at the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 27, 2026.
