Cushman & Wakefield plc Appoints Jp Leveque as Executive Vice Chair

Cushman & Wakefield plc announced that JP LeVeque has joined the firm as Executive Vice Chair, expanding the firm?s EDSF services throughout the West Region. LeVeque, based in San Francisco, will lead the origination and execution of institutional equity and debt placements across all asset types and capital structures. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, LeVeque spent nearly two decades Eastdil Secured, most recently as a Managing Director.

There, he led the execution of large structured financings, preferred equity, and loan sales across all major property types. Based in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, he arranged many of the largest and most high-profile transactions in the Western U.S. Prior to joining Eastdil, he began his career at KPMG, where he specialized in real estate and earned his CPA license.
