Centrotherm international : lowers order intake forecast for the financial year 2024

The Management Board of centrotherm international AG, Blaubeuren (ISIN: DE000A1TNMM9 and DE000A1TNMN7), based on its updated forecast for order intake for the current fiscal year, now assumes that the previously published forecast for order intake of EUR 200 to 300 million, as outlined in the 2023 annual report, will not be met by the end of 2024, as current market conditions are leading to delays in planned customer orders. Accordingly, the Management Board is adjusting its forecast and now expects an order intake of EUR 150 to 180 million for the current fiscal year.

The forecast for the Group's total performance and EBITDA remains unchanged.
