On May 15, 2025, the Board of Designer Brands Inc. approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of the Company?s Class A and Class B common shares. The dividend will be paid on June 18, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 5, 2025.
