Independent Bank Corp. reported that on July 10, 2025, Aparna Ramesh notified the Company and Rockland Trust of her voluntary decision to resign as director, effective July 10, 2025. The voluntary decision of Ms. Ramesh was not due to any disagreement between her, the Company, Rockland Trust, the Board, or management.
