Target has set its extended operating hours for the Holiday period, with a special 6 a.m. start on Black Friday, a key shopping day for the retail giant.
On Nov. 29, Black Friday, Target will open the doors of its nearly 2,000 stores to the public for a full 18 hours, starting at 6 a.m. and closing at midnight, it said Tuesday.
Exclusive to the retailer will be the "Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Book," as well as "The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology" on CD and vinyl which UBS analysts in a research note forecast could lift sales by as much as $100 million.
Following the major shopping day, Target said that its stores will be open from 7 a.m. to midnight from Nov. 30 to Dec. 23.
For the firth year, Target said it will keep its stores closed on Thanksgiving Day.
