Lithium Royalty Corp. (TSX:LIRC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 1,219,187 common shares, representing 5% of its issued and outstanding share capital.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The bid will expire on July 9, 2026. As of July 1, 2025, the company had 24,383,735 issued and outstanding shares.
