Dellachà confirmed as CEO of De Nora; committee members appointed

(Alliance News) - Industrie De Nora Spa announced on Tuesday that its board has confirmed Paolo Dellachà as chief executive officer.

The board of directors then appointed the members of the various committees: Elisabetta Oliveri, Alice Vatta, and Michelangelo Mantero join the Control and Risk and ESH Committee; Anna Chiara Svelto joins the Appointments and Remuneration Committee as chair, alongside Luca Passa and Maria Giovanna Calloni; Elisabetta Oliveri and Anna Chiara Svelto will work alongside Maria Giovanna Calloni, chair of the Related Party Transactions Committee.

Finally, Paolo Dellachà will chair the Strategy Committee, which will include Federico De Nora, Stefano Venier, Luca Passa, and Mario Cesari.

In addition, the board of directors confirmed the position of lead independent director held by non-executive and independent director Maria Giovanna Calloni and appointed Chief Legal Officer Silvia Bertini as secretary of the board of directors until further notice.

Industrie De Nora shares closed Tuesday down 1.4% at EUR6.22 per share.
