At GUESS, sustainability is not a separate initiative, it is core to our identity and integral to the way we operate, design, and innovate. With regulations tightening and climate impacts intensifying, we remain steadfast in our commitment to accountability and meaningful action. As we welcome our FY2024-2025 ESG Report, I am proud to reflect on

the progress made toward our long-term vision: to be a company that not only leads in fashion but helps to shape a more sustainable, inclusive, and transparent industry.

This year, the Southern California wildfires-which deeply impacted the city of Los Angeles, where our North American headquarters is located, served as a powerful reminder that climate change is not a distant threat. It's happening now, and it demands our immediate attention. These events have reinforced our commitment to embedding sustainability into all facets of our operations-from product design and manufacturing to our interactions with customers, employees, and giving back to the communities we serve.

As we welcome our FY2024-2025 ESG Report,

I am proud to reflect on the progress made toward our long-term vision: to be a company that not only leads in fashion but helps to shape a more sustainable, inclusive, and transparent industry.

Our approach to sustainability is about continuous improvement guided by our sustainability strategy,

ACTION GUESS. That means staying agile in a

shifting regulatory landscape, strengthening the integrity of our ESG data, and embedding accountability across every part of our business. In FY2025, we took an important step forward by publishing our renewed Human Rights Policy, a milestone that reinforces our enduring commitment to respecting the dignity and rights of all people-our employees, the workers in our supply chain, our partners, and the places where we operate. We deepened our decarbonization efforts, expanded our GUESS ECO collection offerings, launched GUESS JEANS-with a commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge innovation, and sharpened our focus on supplier partnerships that support fair labor and sustainable practices.

Equally important is how we hold ourselves accountable. We continue to put the findings of our double materiality assessment into action, refining our roadmap to focus on the risks and opportunities most material to our business and stakeholders. Once again, we engaged KPMG

to conduct an independent assurance engagement on key ESG metrics and disclosures contained in the Data and Disclosures section of this report at

a reasonable level-an exceptional practice in our industry-reaffirming our commitment to transparency and integrity in how we communicate our journey.

Looking ahead, we're setting clear targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase preferred materials in our collections, advance in circular fashion, and strengthen corporate social responsibility across

our global supply chain. These actions reflect our broader goal of integrating sustainability into our brand portfolio, products, operations, and culture.

Instead, we continuously challenge ourselves and our partners to do better. Could that button be crafted from recycled metal? Are there chemical-free options to execute this process? Can we redesign the packaging to minimize material usage?

These are the kinds of questions we ask ourselves daily.

Innovation is in GUESS's DNA. In 1981, my father and his brothers redefined the denim pant at a time when

the category was evolving beyond its roots as workwear. They made it exciting again with bold, iconic designs and groundbreaking techniques like stonewashing, turning denim into a fashion staple for self-expression and inspiring people everywhere to feel confident.

Today, we continue that legacy of transformation, directing our innovation toward reducing the impact of how we produce our products, not just what we create. GUESS AIRWASH™ is a prime example of this commitment, reinventing the stone-washed look through a sustainable approach by replacing much of the water used in traditional stone washing with air and bubbles. This innovation reduces water and energy consumption in our denim finishing processes, building on the next 40 years

of modern heritage while staying true to denim culture. But for us, this is just the start of a much bigger journey.

We understand that the future of our industry-and of GUESS-depends on how responsibly we use the resources at our disposal. People will always want and need clothing, but it is our responsibility to create it in a way that protects and preserves the planet.
