AppLovin Corporation Files Definitive Proxy Statement with Securities and Exchange Commission

On April 21, 2026, AppLovin Corporation announced that it has filed a definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, stating that it has received a shareholder proposal from The Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, requesting the Company to disclose the voting results on matters subject to a shareholder vote according to the class of shares, namely those shares carrying one voting right and those carrying multiple voting rights, effective beginning at the Company?s 2027 annual meeting of shareholders.
