Impac Mortgage : Announces Approval Of First Day Relief And Scheduling Of Bankruptcy Court Hearing To Consider Approval Of The Plan of Reorganization

Irvine, CA, April 30, 2026 - Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. [OTC Pink Limited: IMPM] (the "Company") announces that on April 28, 2026, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Court") approved all of the Company's requested first day relief in the matter In re Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc., et al., (Case No. 26-10593 (CTG)).

Interim orders were issued by the Court for all motions following the hearing, including, but not limited to, the Company's request for debtor-in-possession financing to fund its restructuring and for restrictions on certain transfers of the Company's stock. As a consequence, the Company has earned the right to continue to operate its mortgage broker enterprise in the ordinary course of business, including continued focus on development of new technology processes to enhance the origination process and related margins. In addition, the Court set May 28, 2026, at 2:00pm ET as the hearing date for consideration of the Company's plan of reorganization.
