Minutes of the annual general meeting of shareholders of InflaRx N.V., a public company (nacatiloze

»ennootsClfap) incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, having its corporate seat at Amstei dam, the Netherlands (the "Company"), held at the offices of NautaDutilh N.V., Beethovenstraat 400, 1082 PR Amsterdam, the Nethei lands, on Aplil 24, 2025 at 09:00 hours CEST.

OPENING OF THE AGM

Chairman The Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Niels Riedemann, opened the meeting as chairman of the meeting, in accordance with the Company's articles of association. The chairman introduced Thomas Taapken, our Chief Financial Officer, who also attended at the meeting. Furthermore, the chairman introduced Christian Sclimid, our General Counsel.

The chairman also introduced the repiesentative of NautaDutilli N.V., the Company's Dutch legal counsel.

the meeting has been convened with due obse1'vance of all applicable pi'ovisions of Dutch law and the Company's articles of association; and

- approximately 37% of the issued share capital of the Company was leplesented at the meeting.

VOTING ON AGENDA ITEMS

Chairman Since the attendees indicated they had no questions or comments with respect to the itelns included on the agenda for the meeting, the c1iaii'inan proceeded to the voting on each voting item on the agenda.

The chairman concluded that each voting item on the agenda had been passed by the i'equisite inajoi ity.
