OraSure Technologies Enters into Cooperation Agreement with Altai Capital

On April 17, 2026, OraSure Technologies, Inc. announced that following constructive engagement, it has entered into a Cooperation Agreement with Altai Capital Management, L.P., pursuant to the agreement the Company has appointed John D. Bertrand to its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective immediately. In addition, the Company stated that pursuant to the agreement Altai Capital will withdraw its director nominations for the Annual Meeting and members of Company?s Board and management team will meet with Altai on a regular basis to discuss financial and strategic matters.
