Western Asset Global Corporate Opportunity Fund Inc. at its annual meeting of stockholders held April 17, 2026, Anthony Grillo and Peter Mason were elected as Class I Directors of the Fund by holders of record of the Fund?s outstanding shares of common stock to hold office until the annual meeting of stockholders in the year 2029, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified, or until they resign or are otherwise removed.
