Our July 10, 2025 press release reported that comparable store sales, for stores open at least one full year, for the five-week period ended July 5, 2025, increased 3.8 percent in comparison to the prior year five-week period ended July 6, 2024. Total net sales for the five-week fiscal month increased 4.7 percent to $106.5 million compared to net sales of $101.7 million in the prior year five-week fiscal month ended July 6, 2024.

On the men's side of the business, total sales for the five-week fiscal period ended July 5, 2025 decreased 1.5 percent in comparison to the prior year five-week period ended July 6, 2024. The men's business represented approximately 55.5 percent of total sales for the month, versus approximately 59.0 percent for the same period in the prior year. For the fiscal month, overall price points on the men's side of the business were up about 2.5 percent.

On the women's side of the business, total sales for the five-week fiscal period ended July 5, 2025 increased 14.0 percent in comparison to the prior year five-week period ended July 6, 2024. The women's business represented approximately 44.5 percent of total sales for the month, versus approximately 41.0 percent in the same period a year ago. For the fiscal month, overall price points on the women's side of the business increased about 5.5 percent.

Within the men's and women's categories combined, accessory sales for the fiscal month increased approximately 8.5 percent in comparison to the prior year five-week period ended July 6, 2024, while footwear sales decreased 2.0 percent. These two categories accounted for approximately 13.5 percent and 5.5 percent, respectively, of the current fiscal June net sales. This compares with approximately 13.0 percent and 6.0 percent, respectively, for each in the prior year. Average accessory price points for the month were up about 5.5 percent, and average footwear price points increased approximately 9.0 percent.

For the month, UPT's decreased approximately 2.0 percent while the average transaction value increased about 1.0 percent compared to the prior year five-week period ended July 6, 2024.

Buckle currently operates 439 retail stores in 42 states, consistent with the store count as of July 10, 2024.
