Change in the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG

The Supervisory Board has just appointed Dr. Thomas Paul as an additional member of the Executive Board of Alexanderwerk AG, effective November 1, 2024, and for a period until December 31, 2026. The Supervisory Board has also appointed the previous sole director, Mr. Bekim Bunjaku, as Chairman of the Executive Board ("CEO") and Dr. Thomas Paul, Cologne, as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").
