Aon : Appoints Benjamin Snowden as Managing Director in New York City

NEW YORK, April 30, 2025 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced Benjamin Snowden has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the firm's New York City office.

Snowden will be responsible for providing risk advisory services to middle and large market clients in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on renewable energy, construction and infrastructure industries. Snowden will report to Borden Bergelt, sales leader for New York at Aon.

"We are thrilled to welcome Ben to the New York team in North America. His proven track record and depth of subject matter knowledge and experience in key industry sectors will bolster our ability to bring first-class advisory and broking solutions to our clients in this critical market," said Bergelt.

Snowden brings over 23 years of experience in business development and client leadership to Aon. He joins the firm from Willis Towers Watson where he served as a senior vice president. Prior, he led the Property and Casualty Practice at USI Insurance.
