Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The LGL Group, Inc's Board of Directors has determined that the Company's annual meeting of stockholders for 2021 (the "2021 Annual Meeting") will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. EST, in a virtual format. The Board has established the close of business on November 15, 2021 as the record date for the determination of stockholders who are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2021 Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
