AerCap Holdings N.V. announced that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 15, 2026, appointed Doug Parker as Non-Executive Director to the Board of Directors. Julian (Brad) Branch has retired from the Board with effect from the close of the Company's 2026 AGM.
