Xerox: EU approves acquisition of Lexmark

The European Commission has approved the acquisition of exclusive control of Lexmark International II by Xerox Holdings Corporation, both US companies.The transaction mainly concerns the market for the supply of branded standard format printers.The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given its limited impact on competition in the markets where the companies are active.
