Puma Biotechnology, Inc. terminated Jeff J. Ludwig as an employee and as its Chief Commercial Officer. The Company currently does not intend to name a new Chief Commercial Officer and will integrate the responsibilities previously held by Mr. Ludwig into the functions of the Company?s existing sales and marketing personnel.
