New Fortress Energy Inc. (NasdaqGS:NFE) entered into an agreement to acquire 10% non-controlling interest in DevTech Environment Limited for $0.82 million in March 2025. A cash consideration of $0.82 million will be paid by New Fortress Energy Inc.
