Baker Hughes Company (NasdaqGS:BKR) agreed to acquire Continental Disc Corporation from Tinicum Incorporated and others for approximately $540 million on June 16, 2025. The acquisition will be funded with cash on hand. The transaction is subject to completion of all customary conditions and required regulatory approvals.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
