On July 8, 2025, Dye & Durham confirmed that Plantro Ltd overseen by former Dye & Durham CEO Matthew Proud, has submitted a requisition seeking a special meeting of shareholders for the purposes of reconstituting a meaningful portion of the Company's recently refreshed Board of Directors, Company?s Board is in the process of working with independent legal counsel and advisors to review the validity of the submitted requisition, and the Company recommended the shareholders to do not take any action at this time. In addition, the Company is addressing legacy issues, innovating across its product suite, and aiming for responsible deleveraging, significant investments have been made to enhance customer service, product, and account management teams.
