‌Reporting principles‌

Based on the material issues identified by our internal and external stakeholders, we have mapped these against the GRI Standard and identified the external boundaries associated with each.

The reporting information in our 2025 Annual Report and our 2025 Sustainability Group data tables has been developed carefully to cover the GRI Standard topics on an issue-by-issue basis. Within these aspects, the CCEP boundary always covers all territories(A) where CCEP has operations.

Our 2025 Annual Report includes the progress we are making against our This is Forward sustainability action plan, and our second year's reporting in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), on a voluntary basis.

CCEP has reported in accordance with the GRI Standard for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

In addition, in conjunction with our 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Sustainability Group data tables, it complements and serves as part of our 2025 Communication on Progress (COP) to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

All disclosed metrics are reported at a Group level, unless otherwise indicated.

We will continue to support the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact.

Requirements for product and service information and labelling

Our approach in providing clear and transparent information to our consumers aligns with all global and local legislation. We pioneered Guideline Daily Amount (GDA) labelling and this has been on our drinks in Europe since 2009. In 2021, we adopted the voluntary front of pack Health Star Rating on all our non-alcoholic drinks in Australia and adopted the same approach in New Zealand in 2022. We make nutritional information for all our drinks available on our websites in all our territories or through our brand partners' communication channels.

We adhere to TCCC's Global Responsible Marketing, School Beverage and Responsible Alcohol Marketing Policies. Through these policies we are committed: not to market any of our products to children under 13, or an older age limit in specific regions aligned with local regulations; to commercial-free schools, not allowing any marketing or advertising in primary and secondary schools; to encourage responsible drinking of all our products, and make sure we comply with all relevant laws, regulations and industry codes on the marketing and sale of our products, including drinks that contain alcohol. In line with TCCC's monitoring and compliance process, we annually confirm our compliance to these policies. We play a proactive role in leading local industry coalitions to strengthen our actions, with a particular focus on the rapidly evolving digital and social media environment and school policies.
