Notice Concerning Cancellation of ISO 15189 Accreditation of Central Laboratory at LSI Medience Corporation, a Subsidiary of PHC Holdings Corporation

PHC Holdings Corporation (hereafter PHCHD) hereby announces that LSI Medience Corporation, a subsidiary of PHC Holdings Corporation has received a notice from the ISO Accreditation Organization that its ISO 15189 accreditation will be cancelled as of July 26, 2024 regarding the inappropriate quality management at the Central Laboratory of LSI Medience Corporation (announced on December 8, 2023.

PHCHD and LSI Medience will diligently work to reinstate and recover trust by implementing corrective actions and measures to prevent recurrence based on the suggestions in the final report by the external investigator committee previously disclosed. Please note that no report of harm to patients' health caused by the inappropriate quality management has been identified up to this point of time. We sincerely apologize again to our customers and stakeholders including shareholders/investors for any concern and inconvenience that this may have caused.
