On June 25, 2025, the Board of Directors of Conduent Incorporated appointed Harsha V. Agadi, currently serving as a member of the Board, to succeed Scott Letier as the Chairman of the Board and Scott Letier to become chair of the Company?s audit committee, in each case effective August 6, 2025.
