Abbott Laboratories reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 11,164 million compared to USD 10,358 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1,077 million compared to USD 1,325 million a year ago.

Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.61 compared to USD 0.76 a year ago.
