On April 24, 2026, Autodesk, Inc. announced that it has filed a preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to solicit proxies from Company shareholders to vote against the shareholder proposal submitted by John Chevedden, regarding a proposal on give shareholders a reasonable ability to call for a special shareholder meeting, in connection with the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 17, 2026.
