I am pleased to share our annual Impact Report, which highlights our commitment to responsible business practices including teammate investment and engagement, inclusion, health and safety, community support, and environmental stewardship. This year, we've renamed our Sustainability Report to Impact Report to better reflect the impact of our work on our people, communities, and the environment.
As we navigate an evolving business and industry landscape, we continually assess external trends, our own strengths, and ways we can develop and grow to position Rollins for the future. To do that well, we remain focused on four priorities that drive our long-term success.
People First: We are committed to fostering a culture that prioritizes individual growth and collective success. Delivering a remarkable customer experience starts with being the employer of choice in our industry. This means investing not only in competitive wages and benefits but also in the training, tools, and development opportunities that keep our teammates engaged, empowered, and safe.
Customer Loyalty: Creating an extraordinary customer experience in each interaction is at the core of our approach, as strong relationships drive long-term loyalty and reduce churn.
