Recent Commercial Activity since May 6, 2024 report

Floaters

Noble Stanley Lafosse

Five well options exercised by Murphy in the Gulf of Mexico for an expected term of one year valued

at $177 million. Included in this extension is an additional unpriced option for a further five wells.

Jackups

Noble Innovator

Extended by BP in the UK North Sea from May 2025 through December 2025 at a priced option dayrate

of $155,000. Priced options remain into July 2026.

Noble Regina Allen

Two well options exercised by TotalEnergies offshore Argentina, for an estimated term of 60 days at a

dayrate of $150,000.

Noble Resilient

One well with Harbour in the UK at a dayrate of $140,000. Commencement in direct continuation of the

Wintershall contract.

Noble Resolve

One well with Zenith offshore Poland for an estimated 45 days at a dayrate of $140,000, plus

mobilization and demobilization.

Thirteen well P&A campaign with an undisclosed operator offshore Spain for an estimated term of 170

days at a dayrate of $149,000, plus mobilization and demobilization.

Contract Backlog

The duration and timing (including both starting and ending dates) of the customer contracts are estimates only, and customer contracts are subject to cancellation, suspension, delays for a variety of reasons, and for certain customers, reallocation of term among contracted rigs, including some beyond Noble's control. The contract backlog represents the maximum contract drilling revenues that can be earned considering the contractual operating dayrate in effect during the firm contract period. The actual average dayrate will depend upon a number of factors (rig downtime, suspension of operations, etc.) including some beyond Noble's control. The dayrates do not include revenue for mobilizations, demobilizations, upgrades, contract preparation, shipyards or recharges.
