Accenture: to acquire SIPAL's IPS business in Italy

Accenture has announced an agreement to acquire SIPAL's Integrated Product Support (IPS) business in Italy, strengthening its engineering capabilities for the aerospace and defense sectors in Italy and Europe.The targeted business provides engineering services throughout the lifecycle of complex systems (air, land and naval vehicles), including product engineering, industrial support, manufacturing and training. Based in Turin, it has around 250 engineers and is involved in several national and European defense programs.This acquisition is part of Accenture's technology expansion strategy in Italy, with six acquisitions already completed since 2023.
