NEW YORK, 15 April, 2026 - Grab Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GRAB, the "Company" or "Grab"), plans to announce its unaudited rst quarter 2026 results after the U.S. market closes on May 4, 2026.

The Company's management will hold a conference call to discuss the rst quarter 2026 results at:
