BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Solicits Proxies from Shareholders

On June 3, 2025, BlackRock ESG Capital Allocation Term Trust announced that it has received a shareholder proposal from Saba Capital Management, L.P requesting the Company to terminate the investment management agreement between the Company and BlackRock Advisors LLC. In addition, the board recommended the shareholders to vote against the proposals at the annual meeting of shareholders.
