LETTER FROM THE CEO

In technology, if you don't change, you lose. We're witnessing a century's worth of progress compressed into months, not decades, and the opportunity to capitalize on this momentum is enormous.

As the leading Solutions Integrator, our focus is clear: solve our clients' most vexing technology challenges by combining the right hardware, software, and services. Nothing gets me more excited than seeing our teams deliver secure, integrated solutions from cloud to edge, eliminating tedious work, emphasizing the most efficient use of tech resources, and putting points on the board for our clients.

2024 brought some challenging market conditions, but that didn't stop us from delivering solid results. I'm incredibly proud that we invested more than S1.4 million in charitable causes, reduced e-waste by 2.6 million pounds, and empowered 4,167 teammates to contribute more than 42,000 Heart Days hours to their communities. We also opened our state-of-the-art Solutions Integration Center in Fort Worth, Texas. This center uses robotics and the latest energy-efficient technology to better serve our clients.

We're changing the game but our commitment to the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact is unchanged. These principles guide how we conduct business. Our team's focus on sustainability continues to drive results as we have reduced greenhouse gas emissions to approximately 13,300 metric tons in 2024.

As you read this report, I hope you can see what makes Insight special.
